Annual Fees
Annual Owner Fees are paid, similar
to body corporate contributions,
to maintain your home and provide maintenance services
A budget is presented as part of the purchase process which indicates the total annual cost of maintaining your home.
An average home has annual costs is in the order of $4-10,000, which are shared amongst the owners.
The budget includes:
- Contracted maintenance.
- Contracted Cleaning
- Corporate Golf Course membership (Magenta Shores).
- Any Owners Corporation or Body Corporate Levies.
- Insurance.
- Concierge Service.
- Dransfield's fixed Management Fee of $2,000 per owner.
There is no separate sinking fund as the homes are new and the agreement is for the medium term. Any unusual items required in
the first term would be funded by way of a special levy agreed to by Owners.
This represents significant savings over the running costs of whole ownership.
