Dransfield have created a number of ways to exchange allocated weeks of usage
Exchange programs offer additional flexibility with when you use your home at Magenta Shores and other locations over the world.
Exchange can occur in several ways
- In your own home.
- Other homes at your location.
- Exchange partners.
- Third party exchange programs.
In Your Own Home
Dransfield Shared Ownershipallows you to exchange allocated weeks with your co-owners. We will manage this for you. You simply tell us which alternative weeks you want and which ones you don't and we then work with the other owners, who wish to exchange, to exchange for an alternative week. The new calendar is then published on the web.
This process is facilitated by owners indicating which weeks in their allocation are available for exchange.
We also have a some unallocated weeks that
create additional exchange opportunities.
Other Homes at your location
We can also invite each new shared owership home to exchange with other similar homes to increase the level of exchange and flexibility.
Exchange partners
Dransfield is working with other operators to identify further direct exchange opportunities.
Third party exchange programs
Dransfield Shared Ownership is currently exploring a range of third party exchange programs which would offer our owners the opportunity to exchange some of their allocated weeks to stay in luxury properties around the world.
These optional programs are common overseas with major operators interested in creating exchange opportunities with quality Australian properties.
