The Australian Shared Ownership and Fractional Association (ASOFA) is a not for profit organisation

ASOFA was recently established by industry leaders to represent the interests of all stakeholders in shared ownership in Australia. Specific aims incude:-

  • to provide industry information
  • to enable the exchange of knowledge and experience
  • to create quality standards for owners
  • to establish an industry code of conduct
  • liason with regulatory authorities
