- assist us in fulfilling our obligations or facilitate our rights under any agreements we have with you

- comply with any legal requirements or requirements of government agencies
- maintain your contact details.
We generally hold personal information relating to:
- your ownership of real property which you have made or may make available for participation in the Dransfield Shared Ownership Scheme
- your usage of the Dransfield Shared Ownership Scheme

We only use and disclose personal information about you for the purpose for which it was disclosed to us or related purposes which would reasonably be expected without your permission.
