• assist us in fulfilling our obligations or facilitate our rights under any agreements we have with you
• assist us in developing products and services that may be of interest to you
• comply with any legal requirements or requirements of government agencies
• maintain your contact details.

We generally hold personal information relating to:

• your ownership of real property which you have made or may make available for participation in the Dransfield Shared Ownership Scheme  
• your usage of the Dransfield Shared Ownership Scheme
• your contact details.

How that information is used

We only use and disclose personal information about you for the purpose for which it was disclosed to us or related purposes which would reasonably be expected without your permission.

For example, we may from time to time use your personal information to inform you of new Dransfield Shared Ownership opportunities or to ask for your feedback on how we can improve our offering. However, we do respect your right to ask us not to do this.
 
We do not sell personal information to other organisations to allow them to do this.
